Rejuvenated My Body and Life!

From 247 to 142! I'm 56 and 5'7". I never thought I could enjoy the outdoors in this lifetime again.

Two years ago, we decided to move from Miami to Asheville after my husband's retirement.

Asheville is a beautiful town in North Carolina, offering a good mix of city and country life. We enjoy all four seasons, but the fall and spring are absolutely stunning here. There are plenty of gorgeous hiking trails, waterfalls and swimming holes in the proximity.

There was one issue, though: I stayed home most of the time because I was too heavy to move around.

After turning 50, I noticed it was getting more difficult to fit in my old pants. And at one point, my body literally started to blow up.

I saw several doctors, but they all said blood tests were normal. How could that be!? I was stuck with unexplainable excess baggage, not knowing what to do next.

My life wasn't fulfilling. We had easy access to all this natural beauty. Yet, I was stuck at home, not enjoying all the activities Asheville has to offer.

I was at the bottom of my self-esteem. I felt like I was isolated from the rest of the world and couldn't look straight in the mirror.

I was feeling hopeless until I heard about Mike Banner's simple morning ritual from a knitting friend, and I decided to check it out.

This "10-second Morning Ritual" made a world of difference for me.

After countless failed diets and workouts, I started implementing this simple daily hack. And my waistline started to shrink inch by inch.

Not only that, this simple method also supports improved digestion and healthy blood sugar levels…

I found out that the real cause of plus-sized body has nothing to do with:

  • Eating more green vegetables and superfoods
  • Restricting calories by avoiding sugar and carbs

This is why starting this "morning ritual" worked so well for me.

Because of this fun and effortless daily habit, I was able to:

  • Continue enjoying my cheesecakes and pasta
  • Throw away all the boring exercise DVDs
  • Stop experiencing scale anxiety
  • Avoid shopping at plus-size stores
  • Enjoy the abundant natural beauty of Asheville

On top of that, I also noticed that my other chronic issues gradually went away:

  • Persistent fatigue
